Certainly, there are times that you want to ride away from the usual path and go to unexplored regions of the country. Do you want to ride through gravel roads, cross forest rivers, are you looking for an adventure? Our KROSS Esker 2.0 was created for this very purpose. It is a bike for all those who are looking for new roads where there are none. Escaping from civilisation and wanting to spend the night in Masurian meadows, staring at the stars. Esker 2.0 is an offer for everyone who is looking for many mounting points for the trunk and panniers. There is a reason why you can say "Time for an adventure!" when hopping on this bike.

The KROSS Esker in 2022 is a continuation of the thoughts that guided us when designing the previous models of this trekking bike. It features new, more durable paint and a well-thought-out drivetrain. We are sure that the new version of this bike will be as much or even more fun than in the previous years.

Time for an adventure!

The Esker bikes are characterised by extremely comfortable rides on the road and off-road, effective power transmission to the drivetrain and predictable behaviour in all conditions. All this so that it can take you onto the wildest paths. Therefore, we have equipped it with a proven and reliable drivetrain, i.e. the Shimano Sora R3000 and mechanical disc brakes, Tektro MD C550. This solution will make it possible for you to make repairs even in the greatest wilderness. Shimano Sora R3000 is a nine-speed cassette with a double-row crank at the front - this makes it possible to easily select the load for the conditions on the route.

The KROSS Esker 2.0 features an aluminium frame and fork made of lite aluminium. For this already convenient solution, we've selected components that further improve off-road comfort. One of them is the wide handlebar with a flare (widening downwards) to help you control your bike in harsh conditions. Our gravel bike also features wide tires - we fitted it with 37 mm  WTB Riddler Comp Tan tires.

Proven solutions

To ensure maximum usability, the KROSS Esker 2.0 gravel bike features all the solutions that should be found in this type of bike. We listened to the advice of cycling tourism experts and we have provided our bike with numerous mounting points, facilitating the installation of additional holders for a water bottle, a trunk, mudguards or other additional components.

To ensure its full versatility, we left a lot of space in the frame and fork for tires. To help maintain stability in the off-road riding, we decided to increase the spacing of the axis, as compared to our road or CX bikes. Ultimately, to ensure the pleasure of riding for those for whom bikepacking is new, we used a wide range of gears. The bike is also fitted with a WTB Sport Volt seat, adapted for off-road biking.
