Complete the form
Provide information about the order that the return is for. Make sure that the order number, e-mail address and telephone number match those you provided when placing the order.
Wait for contact from our consultant
The shop staff will contact you to arrange the details and the method of return. We will then inform you about the entire process by email and text messages.
Pack the product and wait for a courier
Our shop staff will order a courier to the place of your choice. Remember to pack the product properly. In the case of bicycles, they should be packed in the original box with the supplied security elements included.
The product will then be sent to our warehouse. After checking the contents of the package, we will contact you to inform you about the results.
No damage - we found no reduction in the value of the bike.
If the value of the product returned by you has not been reduced due to its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods - you will receive a full refund immediately, within a maximum of 14 days. If the value of the products you return has decreased as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you are liable for damages.
